When you stick a song on a tape, you set it free.

About This Quote

Setting something free is to allow it to be whatever it wants to be. It can be whatever you want it to be, without your input. The other day, I wanted to listen to a song that I had heard on the radio. I wanted to set the song free.

So, I searched for the lyrics online and found them. The next step was to sit down and write my own words for the song. The song was still free, but now I had something of mine that I could put out there for others to hear.
